What currency will my order be charged in?

Sterling is the currency we accept payment in for all online orders. You can see how much your order is in your local currency (Sterling, Dollar, Euro) before your purchase , however as your order is processed via credit/debit card it will be automatically converted to Sterling from your card.

How can I change the e-mail address associated with my account?

Log onto the online account section by clicking here. Then click on the profile link on the menu. Enter the email address that you would like to use and the click on the Update Email button.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours or next working day after receipt of your order. Please be aware all items may take up to 21 working days (28 days if outside Europe) to arrive with you.
