Wilson blends a skillful narrative of first hand airman accounts and factual information into a definative overview of RAF Bomber Commands
piviotal year 1943. Giving accounts of actions against The Rhur and Berlin. Bomber Boys paints you a vivid picture of flying a Lancaster into Flak filled skies over far away enemy cities with the odd's of returning very much against you. Sometimes a little repetitive but none the less a moving and at times harrowing account of the trials that faced RAF Aircrew as they took the war to the heart of Nazi Germany.
